FAQ / How do I order a custom print template?
1. Send the desired template example via the "Support" section in the program (available fonts: DejaVu Sans, DejaVu Sans Mono, DejaVu Serif);
2. Wait for B1.lt confirmation that the requested template can be created;
3. Minimum template price (VAT invoice, invoice, delivery note) from €250 + VAT;
4. Transfer the agreed fee according to the provided proforma invoice to the account specified in the contacts;
5. Wait for the individual printing form template (preparation takes from 2 days up to a month);
- An individual template means any changes to the B1.lt template design: changing the title, choosing a font, rearranging columns or rows, adjusting text size or boldness, etc., or functional changes: adding additional information, removing unnecessary information, etc. An individual template can be ordered either for design changes or for functional changes. If both design and functional changes are requested, the price is negotiated individually.
- After the order is fulfilled, additional corrections (not described in the order) will be made only for an extra fee.
- The template will never match 100% the ordered template example because the template is prepared with JasperReports (not Paint, Word, or Photoshop), tested in the B1.lt system, and only then integrated into the company account.
- Copying an individual template to another printing form template or to another user company is not possible, as each template's structure differs (e.g., VAT invoices have 35 fields, goods receipt-transfer acts have 26).
- The ordered template is not linked to program updates, so the individual template may become outdated over time and may lack necessary additional fields. Any updates or changes will be charged separately.
- The ordered template that works with the plan held on the order day may stop working if the plan is changed to a lower one.
